Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of guardlabs.online (the "Site") and any audit, monitoring, development, or related service you order from GuardLabs ("GuardLabs", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

GuardLabs operates guardlabs.online as a project; it is not currently operated through a separately registered company for this website. Contact: hello@guardlabs.online or Telegram @Alright_thanks.

2. What we offer

Through the Site we describe and, on request, deliver services such as one-time website security/AI-readiness/SEO audits, continuous monitoring ("Guardian"), anti-fraud tooling, website/hosting build-and-care packages, and related consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for a specific order are agreed with you individually (by email, Telegram, or a written proposal) before work starts.

3. Requests and demo content

Forms on the Site (audit requests, lead magnets, partner/affiliate sign-up, etc.) are for genuine business inquiries. We may decline, delay, or stop responding to submissions we reasonably believe are spam, abusive, fraudulent, or automated at scale. Free tools, demo stands, and sample reports on the Site are provided for evaluation purposes and may be updated, moved, or withdrawn at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another user's data; (b) use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; (c) scrape, resell, or misrepresent our free tools or reports as your own work; (d) interfere with the Site's normal operation (e.g. denial-of-service, automated abuse of forms).

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, code, and reports we produce for demonstration purposes remain the property of GuardLabs unless a separate written agreement for a specific paid engagement states otherwise. Deliverables created for a paid client engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement, agreed separately.

6. Payment

Pricing, invoicing, and accepted payment methods for any paid service are presented and agreed separately at the point of ordering, outside of these Terms.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site, its free tools, and any demo content are provided "as is". While we take reasonable care in the audits and reports we produce, no audit or monitoring tool can guarantee that a website is free of every possible vulnerability or issue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuardLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on a free tool or demo report. This clause does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools (for example, Telegram, partner case studies, or a client's own site). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites.

9. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update the Site, these Terms, or any service description at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site or a demo tool for anyone who violates these Terms. Either party may end a paid engagement in line with the terms agreed for that specific engagement.

11. Governing law

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute is not resolved this way, it will be governed by the law of, and subject to the courts competent for, the place where the service provider (GuardLabs) is based.
