FAQ
When do I get paid?
Whop pays out commissions within 14 days of the customer's payment clearing (after the refund window). Recurring subscriptions pay you every month the customer stays subscribed.
Do I need to invoice you?
No. Whop handles all payment processing, tax forms (1099 in the US, etc.), and disbursement. You see commissions land in your Whop balance and withdraw to your bank or crypto wallet.
Is there a minimum payout?
Whop's standard minimum is $20. Below that the balance accrues until you cross the threshold.
What about refunds and chargebacks?
If a customer refunds within the window, the corresponding commission is reversed. Beyond the refund window the commission is yours to keep.
Can I run paid ads pointing at GuardLabs?
Yes, with two rules: (1) don't bid on "GuardLabs" or our brand terms in Google/Meta — those are reserved; (2) don't make claims we don't make ourselves (no "guaranteed first page on Google" etc.). Outside that, paid traffic is welcome.
