Built on a real client post — not a made-up mockup

One "Karat" post. Four ready-made feeds. A posting schedule that runs itself.

We took a real post from the "Karat" driving school's Instagram and show the whole cycle: how one piece of content turns into four adaptations built for each platform's format, lands in the posting schedule, and publishes itself to the connected networks — plus what happens when someone replies to that post at midnight.

🔴 Posting to real accounts happens after you connect yours. Once accounts are connected, this isn't "the bot drafted it, you copy-pasted it": on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube it publishes on its own, with zero taps from your side. On TikTok, the platform itself requires one tap to confirm inside the app — that's TikTok's rule, not a limitation of ours. Below is an exact mock-up of how each network's feed will look and how the process is built, not a page we're already posting to on your behalf.

Try it yourself, don't just watch

A live Telegram bot continues this same story: write in as a client would at night, slip in a spam comment, or hand it your own text to adapt — and watch the reply arrive in seconds.

How it works in 4 steps — no jargon

Short version, for a first look. Each step in detail is below.

1
📸
One post gets dropped in
A photo or video from a lesson — exactly like always
2
🪄
It "changes clothes" for each network on its own
Its own text and format for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
3
🗂️
It lands in the plan — and goes out on its own
On Instagram, Facebook, YouTube — by itself, right away. On TikTok — with one tap to confirm (the platform's own requirement)

Step 1 — the source material, as-is

A real post from @avtoshkolakarat, June 29 — a photo from a lesson and a rundown of reasons to choose the school. On the right — that same idea, broken down into four formats.

The 24-hour clock — when people actually write in

The blue arc is the window when a live person is on the page and can answer (an SMM manager, roughly 8 hours a day). The dots are when messages actually come in.

00 06 12 18
The arc — roughly 9:00–17:00, when a live person is there to answer
Messages during working hours — someone is there to catch them right away
Messages off the clock — evenings, nights and weekends, when the manager is already gone
You could be losing people every single night — while no one is watching the feed.
This is a typical distribution of inquiries for businesses with evening demand (bookings, consultations) — meant to show the honest scale of the problem, not a figure measured for "Karat" specifically.

Step 3 — while the SMM manager is asleep

The most valuable leads don't come in at 2pm — they come in the evening and on weekends, exactly when no one's around to answer. The scene below plays itself on a loop.

🤖 A reply lands under the comment right away: current branch pricing + an invitation to sign up

📇 A warm-lead card drops into the branch admin's inbox: name, branch, question, link to the profile — all that's left is a call in the morning
😴 At 23:42 the SMM manager is most likely already asleep — and that's fine, nobody should have to be on call at night. But the lead doesn't wait until morning, and it doesn't get lost in a comment feed full of spam.

5 duties from your SMM manager job posting — who takes what

We took a real list of duties from a job posting and split it honestly: what the bot handles end to end, and what stays with a person.

3 of 5 duties the bot takes on fully. 2 of 5 stay with a person.

📊

Google Sheet

Planning, archive and posting control — all in one place, nothing gets lost

💬

Working with the audience

Replies to comments, filters out spam bots, hands warm leads to the branch admin

📤

Posting to 4 networks

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube — it posts on its own, right away. TikTok — with one tap to confirm in the app (the platform's own requirement)

🎬

Content creation

The bot prepares the post idea, copy and a month's content plan (seasonality, group enrollment, exam periods); filming photos and video during the lesson and picking the shots stays with a person

💰

Buying ads

Negotiating with channel admins and the budget stay with a person

This isn't a full replacement for an SMM manager — the final call on brand tone and style always stays with a person.
